Zone Manager


  • Take care of the restaurant, customers and staff,
  • Take responsibility for the commercial performance of Johor restaurants,
  • Supervise daily backup operations,
  • lead a management team to achieve set sales target
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely service and quality,
  • Maintain high standards of quality control of food hygiene and health and safety
  • Recruit, train, manage and motivate staff,
  • Monitor purchasing and inventory control,
  • Support teamwork, good communication and a happy working environment
  • Support the direction, objectives and decisions of the company, at any time,
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines .
