JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Take care of the restaurant, customers and staff,
- Take responsibility for the commercial performance of Johor restaurants,
- Supervise daily backup operations,
- lead a management team to achieve set sales target
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely service and quality,
- Maintain high standards of quality control of food hygiene and health and safety
- Recruit, train, manage and motivate staff,
- Monitor purchasing and inventory control,
- Support teamwork, good communication and a happy working environment
- Support the direction, objectives and decisions of the company, at any time,
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines .
