Supervisor Housekeeping


  • The candidate must have at least an upper secondary / STPM / "A" Level / Pre-U certificate professional Educational, Advanced / higher / Graduate diploma, Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel management or equivalent
  • required language (s) :. Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • at least 3 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Executives specializing in Hotel Management services Junior / Tourism or equivalent.
  • 2 position full time (s) available.
  • Supervise and inspect the cleaning of the rooms, public areas, corridors and back stairs assigned to him, to ensure that high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
  • question-delivery of items customers in the rooms as required.
  • Help set up for VIP rooms.
  • Inform the Housekeeper / Operations Manager of any repairs or replacement to be necessary for rooms. Keeps repair and maintenance work orders updated in the files.

  • Made attendants daily household maintenance assignments.
  • Attends complains rooms and services and take corrective measures.
  • Seeing the proper storage of supplies inventory on the floors affected to safe guard against shortages or losses. Performs inventory sheets and dining rooms supplies.
  • Records activities and events such as customer complaints in the daily log book.
  • Ensures clean pantry, service area and public spaces.
  • Aid for training, supervision and maintenance of standards of conduct and grooming cleaning staff.
  • performs functions common to all supervisors and other duties as assigned by the Manager Housekeeper / operations.
