Responsibilities:
• Protecting our intellectual property rights / trademarks
• Initiate action against counterfeit sellers in our territories.
• Registration and renewal of brands, including necessary follow-up work.
• drafting contracts, legal agreements and liaise with law firms appointed by the company.
• vetting / drafting purchase contracts, agreements etc
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• applicants law of a reputed institute / university.
• 5-7 years of experience particularly in / issues of intellectual property rights associated with handling marks.
• Good knowledge of contract law.
• Fluent in English and skills in oral and written communication.
• Ability to show initiative and work under pressure.
• Conversing with the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
