Job Description:
- Provide customer service frontline unwavering in our service centers
- Provide professional advice to clients on the car service, repair and maintenance needs of vehicles
- conduct inspection of the vehicle
- diagnose faults reported by customers and implement the recommendations
- Communicate with customers on the result of diagnosis and implement the listing of repair costs estimated
- Promoting internal marketing programs
- Generate and prepare cash and credit bills
Requirements:
- level qualification Min O / Nitec or diploma
- have strong auto parts / car knowledge
- Enthusiast customer service
- Good comminication and interpersonal skills
- Possess a valid driver's license
