Min 2-3 years in building construction projects / Upgrade for private projects / HDB
Qualification BCA
with safety supervisor certificate in building construction (CBSS) is a MUST
with certificate in work at height and Scissor advantageous Lift
with the license advantageous
with good communication skills in English and mandarin with some advantageous dialects
with a good knowledge of the structure and measures of building safety and implementing @ website
Word with computers and well verse in Excel
Able to work in a fast track project with tight deadlines
Have good interpersonal skills, independent, diligent and highly motivated with excellent team spirit
