Our client is a precision manufacturer of metal, their division is expanding and require experienced technician from mounting / screw manufacturer to join their growing team. There 8-10 vacancies and positions are available immediately . They are eager to interview and hire as soon as possible.
Job Overview
- Set up and operate rolling machines nets / cold machines -tête / spring winders for producing fasteners (screws) while respecting delivery, productivity, safety, quality, and housekeeping measures
key responsibilities
- Set up, operation and functioning of the control machine ( rolling machines Thread / cold heading machine / machine Spiral spring )
- Determine the adjustments of the machine and equipment needs and make adjustments to the machine required to maintain the room's quality standards
- Inspect and table dimensions part and load needed
- Observe the operation of the machine to detect product defects or malfunctions machine
- daily maintenance on machinery and equipment, troubleshoot when the malfunction machine
- perform safety checks to ensure compliance with corporate security rules
- clean equipment and keep the clean and orderly work area
skills keys required
- the work experience in the fastener / screw manufacturer is strongly desired
- practical experience in operation while this machine Thread rolling / cold head / Spring coiling
- Willing to work on shift rotation (Wed -ven: 8 am-18: 30/20 hours to 06: 30)
- Willing to work overtime until 8 am / 8pm (recoverable)

- capacity and knowledge of tools and mechanical machinery is necessary
- knowledge of the use of measuring devices, plans, and drawing
