JOB DESCRIPTION

As an officer of rooms with our Customer Service Center Mercedes-Benz, you will be responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to ensure the smooth and orderly operations in the parts store

job responsibilities :.
  • provide logistical support in the parts store to facilitate the operations
  • monitor and manage stock control day / week to ensure levels healthy stocks
  • make, receive and inspect the items and quantities delivered timely
  • check parts against invoices, purchase orders or requisitions to ensure accuracy
  • issuing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports
  • Adhere to safety and security procedures in handling parts
  • Provide administrative tasks to support supervisors
Requirements:
  • Nitec / higher Nitec with relevant experience at least 2 years in logistics management or equivalent
  • Automotive related background will be advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and meticulous in number
  • basic command of English (oral and written)
  • Forklift Licence valid
  • A strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

Remuneration will be commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
