JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle billing for the Final Payment returning customer business.
- Coordinate with outlets on corporate sales invoicing and others.
- Helping the work permit to renovate the mall or demand related parties.
- Handle on the order of purchase department.
- Provide administrative support to the Manager.
- Helping the entire administrative function hire.
- liaise with the supplier or contractor to obtain quote, in charge of the payment to the supplier.
- Assist in any ad hoc task are needed.
Job Requirements:
- The candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher Graduate Diploma, Degree, Graduate Degree, Business Studies / administration / management, Commerce, economics, marketing or related discipline.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Malay. Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
- I learn, motivated and aggressive with frank personality.
- At least 1 year work experience in the related field is required for the position.
