JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manager to make the presentation on the features and updates to product corporate members .
- Cross sell the product to existing members ie employee, spouse and children via helpdesk
- Build AIA's commitment to end customers through excellence approach service.
- Helping manage the interim financial statements on business related tasks as and when assigned by management.
- responsible for achieving sales targets or sales targets set by management.
- responsible for ensuring that management is informed of the updated sales progress by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans and analyzes territory monthly and yearly
- Following new leads and referrals resulting from field activity

- Has at least a degree or equivalent in any field.
- relevant work experience in site marketing and promotion of the tour as a sales representative is preferred.
- proven experience in achieving sales target
- Good communication skills, English and Bahasa language is a must. Chinese dialect and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- team player, proactive, highly motivated
- Customers trending pleasant personality.
- Preferably with own transport and willing to travel to stations.
- Has a license to transact business insurance would benefit.
