Finance and Admin Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Degree in Finance / Accounting or professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, BA in Accounting or equivalent)
• minimum 5 years experience in accounting and finance in industrial or commercial companies working with 2 years in leadership positions
• relevant experience in the management of human resources, administration and operations
• Auto skills -Motivation and good communication
 interpretation and analysis of financial statements and to offer constructive advice to the
 preparation of accurate and timely closure of management reports monthly
 analysis of business operations, accounting records and management reports on
 timely preparation and submission of the GST and return
 Supervise, guide and provide training to other departments and management accounting related questions
 liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, the bank and the authorities on related issues
 ensure compliance with IFRS and legal obligation
 manage certain HR (payroll), the director and operating
 Verification of staff claims, supplier invoices and other professional costs related front process payments
 Preparation online payments via online banking
➢ other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time by the Director General
