Floor Manager


Job Descriptions:
  • responsible for the treatment of minor payroll and human resources employee issues.
  • handling recruiting new employees.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and employees.
  • Developing the skills of employees and experience to ensure that they are aware of deliverables and service levels.
  • performance monitor of restaurant sales and ensure the target is met.
  • Cost of food control and food waste.
  • Monitor. / Manage procurement and control of daily restaurant stocks
  • coordinate and lead the team to ensure the smooth daily operation as below:
    • Maintaining and servicing the restaurant
    • forever. ensure food quality is according to the standard restaurant.
    • to manage the location of personnel alignment.
    • in response to customer feedback.

  • Able to speak Mandarin and English.
  • Able to take full responsibility for the task.
  • Self-motivated person.
  • Able to practice the following skills with an excellent result:
    • Good organizational competence
    • Initiative & leaderships skills
    • excellent interpersonal skill

  • Majoring hospitality background.
  • at least 2 years experience in the industry F & B
  • From Chinese speaking candidates preference.
