JOB DESCRIPTION
- $ 5000 + Bonus UP / 1 year contract
- 3 ~ 8 years of experience in the custom analog IC physical design
- schematic experience focused layout, planning ground, the routing chip level, design for manufacturing and design rules and connectivity verification
- Must have advanced experience nodes <28nm
Our client, a MNC leader, would like to invite qualified candidates to fill the position as IC layout Engineer .
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- High quality design complex layout for analog mixed-signal circuits at high speed from under -blocks the integration of high level
- Review and analyze floor plans and complex circuits with circuit designer.
- Collaborate with circuit design teams to continuously optimize the implementation of the layout for better power, performance and area, as well as planning work schedules.
- responsible IP / internal library development
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 3 ~ 8 years of experience in custom analog IC physical design
- practical experience using Cadence and Mentor tools
- strong debugging capabilities with extraction parasites, LVS / DRC and other physical verification controls
- knowledge of circuit design concepts, flows and manufacturing processes of integrated circuits
