JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities
• Take good care of the restaurant, clients and staff,
• Responsible for daily catering,
• Ensure service and quality of compliant food to the standards set by the company,
• Achieve sales target set
• Train appropriate personnel to cover the duties and responsibilities,
• Support teamwork, good communication and a happy work environment, and
• Support the direction, objectives and business decisions at any time.

• Demonstrate positive mindset and attitude,
• Disciplined, self-motivated and eager to learn,
• Passionate and committed to excellence,
• Able to communicate in English, Chinese or Cantonese,
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays,
