Responsibilities: Qualifications

- responsible for the administration of wind- fire network, or intrusion detection / protection systems
- on call / shift work may be required
- responsible for translating customer requirements to detailed actions for implementation
- obligation to follow the detailed change management and incident management process
- investigate and resolve trouble tickets
- Communicate with other technical teams on the firewall, the IDS / IPS operations firewall
- Troubleshoot traffic passing managed
- Solve for through the firewall connectivity issues
- Using packet capture capabilities to assistance in the analysis of network problems
- responsible for examining the level of work products 2 support organization and the level of 2 mentor staff to meet the requirements of quality and speed.
- Working in a rapidly changing operational environment
- technically matured to take on improving the planning department for the operation mgmt.
Education and experience:
- license
- at least one of the following suppliers certifications necessary, the possibility of acquiring other within the first year should:
- CPSC
- Juniper JNCIA Junos / FW VPN
- Checkpoint CCSA, CCSE
- Fortigate
- Tipping Point ASE
- 2-7 years experience with Checkpoint, Cisco, Juniper, Fortigate or Tipping Point.
- Familiar and experienced with NIDS / NIPS technologies
- Familiar with ITIL concepts, if ITIL certified advantage
- Strong TCP / IP networking skills
- Excellent communication skills in English - both written and oral
- Ability to work within a global organization with different cultures
- Detail oriented, logical and process oriented
- familiarity with the service center and highly desired Manager Service
- CMDB highly sought familiarity
