JOB DESCRIPTION
- The candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Pastry Arts or equivalent.
- At least 3 years experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Creative Artist cake with fondant work ability for wedding cakes and cakes 3-D.
- Able to view and translate designs into art cakes.
- would decorate with butter, chocolate ganache and others.
- qualified in the chocolate design
- qualified in cooking a variety of cakes
- work experience in a hotel will be an advantage.
