JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Be responsible for sales and inventory for healthcare categories.
• healthcare categories include heatlh supplements, over-the-counter pharmacy only, Prescription, general nutrition.
• be responsible for the order of healthcare products both DC and local suppliers.
• Assist the Store Manager to oversee the sales assistant assigned to the health care category to ensure correct display of inventory, mix the cable cars and planogram is properly maintained in this category.
• be responsible for maintaining OOS (out of stock) health care products according to the target set by management
• be responsible for monitoring the expiration dates of health care products and minimize write off or returns.
• be responsible for advising patients in all the products available in The Guardian, other than the fulfillment of professional duties as a pharmacist.
• be responsible for providing training on health care products to all store employees and teaching them the option of replacing the counter recommended for some minor ailments in the absence of a pharmacist.
• Participate in review and be responsible for proper counting of healthcare products by staff or third party staff
• Working closely with the store manager to ensure the promotion of sufficient inventory to categories health care.
• actively promote the sale of connecting elements for the pharmacist and retail executives at the counter of the rear box (if applicable).
• Build Guardian brand products whenever possible.
• Work closely with all staff for the mystery shopper results set by management.
• Assist in the opening and closing of the store there is a need.

REQUIREMENT
. • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Degree, Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's, Pharmacy / Pharmacology or equivalent
• Required skill (s): management consultant, leadership capacity
• Mandatory. language (s): .. Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 4 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Specialized preference managers in health care - pharmacy or equivalent
