- To plan and execute events and promotions to the mall to generate traffic to the shopping center.
- to source for suppliers, partners or sponsors for events.
- market for short-term sales spaces in the mall such as the promotion of space, push cart or billboard to meet the target revenue.
- to prepare press releases.
- develop strong network of media, tenants, partners, associations and local authorities.
- to work with the social media agency to handle social media page for the mall as Facebook, Instagram and others.
- to liaise with the creation / internal designer agency to produce the ATL and BTL creative work for the mall.
- to liaise with agencies to propose and implement mall festive decorations which include but is not limited to the Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali and Christmas decorations.
- To work with the team of agency Concierge / Social Media on the handling of complaints / inquiries from external parties
Job Requirement :.
- minimum degree / Masters in Marketing
- at least 2 year (s) of experience in the shopping center or the property development work.
- Computer literacy.
- Good in both verbal and written in English and Malay.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
