Assistant Branch Service [ MNC | Normal Working Hours ]

JOB DESCRIPTION

(1) Coordinate appointments for service and service customers.
(2) Update the service data accurately in the system.
(3) Prepare the service calendar.
(4) has the initiative and able to work with the teams of sales and service.
  • planning and service call for entries Service Department and the administrative support work.
  • ensure that all documents are validated for completeness and accuracy.

Job Requirement
  • minimum degree / diploma holder in related field.
  • minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative environment and support.
  • good communication skills and the ability to communicate fluently on the phone.
  • Good planning and organization with attention to detail.
