JOB DESCRIPTION
- Formulate and plan acquisition, development and divestment strategies
- implement and follow the strategy at the property which consists in-hand in hand in collaboration with the Centre manager to ensure that business ownership plans are executed with diligence and the planned financial measures
- Designing and advising on asset improvement initiatives within the existing portfolio
- Assist in sourcing and identifying appropriate investment opportunities in real estate
- Assess and treat the property structure
- conduct financial analysis and cash feasibility studies leading flow analysis and performance projections
- prepare reports recommendations for proposed acquisitions
- researching the market, information gathering, compiling and performance analysis of real estate market and prepare market report
- Develop and maintain financial models and assets to analyze the overall performance level of the property, as well as preparing asset reports on the properties
- Engage in investment Due Diligence
- act as development manager on the development of new projects when necessary
Requirements
- The candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Business / Real estate or equivalent
- Qualification CFA will be an added advantage
- relevant work experience of at least 15 years in the real estate industry with an understanding of property development and investment
- Candidate for strong accounting knowledge management and project development will be an added advantage
- Possess acumen, excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task
- strong analytical and financial skills as well as meticulous about numbers
- Voyager is necessary
