a global health care is looking for a Lead commitment to join our team and contribute to the growth of the company to be based in Petaling Jaya (contact 1 year). be full-time employment after the contract expires.
Your new role
You will be the performance of communications and engagement corporate strategy while integrating the corresponding activities and change management plan in global plan of employer branding and employee engagement. You will be responsible for developing a mobilization of internal communication strategy used for employee retention.
What you need to succeed
You must have at least 5 years experience in human resources or lead to substantive engagement. You will need to have Diploma / Masters in business or management, with specialization in Human Resources or equivalent.
