the 15 months Colgate graduates - business leadership Program (BLP) has been specially designed for high potential young graduates like you to speed up your leadership and expertise to accelerate the early stages of your career. to accelerate your development, you will have the ability to turn into different functions in sales and marketing to get an overall understanding of our business environment and successful practices. This will then provide you with a platform to address current operational challenges and identify ways to do business locally, regional and global new and improved. To complement this, our comprehensive global training based on our 0 years of success will accelerate your performance and leadership abilities to achieve success today and tomorrow to address challenges effectively and efficiently.

• Available to start the program in September 2016
• Have at least a Bachelor of Business Studies / administration / management, marketing, Commerce or equivalent with CGPA 3.30 and above
• required skill (s) :. strong analytical skills, good communication and influencing skills, Microsoft Office - Advance
• actively participate in extracurricular activities in a leadership role.
• Excellent skills in verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to work independently and to act as part of a high performing team.
• Have a positive attitude and solutions-oriented
• Possess own transport means and is very mobile
• Have at least a Bachelor of Business Studies / administration / management, marketing, Commerce or equivalent with CGPA 3.30 and above
