a world leader in nutrition and wellness is looking for an HR operations director dedicated to be based in the manufacturing plant in Selangor.
Your new role
You will oversee HR operations in the manufacturing plant based in Selangor. You managed the training and development programs, maintaining positive employee relations through effective communication and problem solving, and maintaining good relations with the union representatives.
What you need to succeed
You must have at least 3 to 5 years experience in human resources or manufacturing background / union . You will need to have Diploma / Masters in business or management, with specialization in Human Resources or equivalent.
