IT Helpdesk / Support Engineer (Dekstop / 5D 2500 / Up $ / East)
responsibilities
- provide both dekstop and support server
- provide point of contact for users single end support by phone or remote dekstop
- Proceed with the installation, diagnostics, repair and upgrade computers
- installing and configuring laptops, dekstops, servers , firewalls, routers and storage
- perform backups and restore for end users
- provide rapid solutions to incidents, requests and perform according to defined SLA
Requirements:
- Min diploma / degree in computer science or equivalent studies0
- 2- 5 years relevant experience in the IT industry
- knowledge in Microsoft office and OS knowledge is a must
- the technical knowledge in PC Hardware and Dekstop
- Support Technician Microsoft / Dekstop certified will benefit
- have both hardware and software troubleshooting skills needed customer
- skills preempt
- knowledge of the network process products / security is an advantage
