JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend / conduct site meetings when needed
- to ensure that the engineer and supervisors do their daily inspection of the entire site
- to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, contractors and the relevant government authorities to achieve the objectives of the project
- planning, management and ensure proper implementation and monitoring of assigned projects from start to end within the specified time period and the desired quality
- monitor and track the progress of work. To perform the assigned work on schedule with good planning.
- Planning / organization for site activities and coordination with subcontractors to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operation
- To propose and give suggestions for the improvement of progress the construction, management system and other means for the company
- Calculate / review and verify all architectural plans, structural and M & E before performing the work
- Ensure quality control through the quality management system: highlight or feedback problems / faults, identify the problem and propose cons-measures necessary to deliver quality products. Monitor and ensure all complaints of problems are resolved within the prescribed period.
- Responsible for the administration of effective site that includes security and control of materials / plants locally site.
- Assign supervisors to check and verify the site requisition of materials, equipment, machinery and work of subcontractors. Planning Request order materials and subcontracting work.
- Control costs and overall waste on the site
- Ensure that supervisors of care and effectively manage the use of equipment or machineries especially time rental price or services. Overtime work and non-daily use of mechanisms must be provided for use only when necessary.
- Managing and maintaining an appropriate list and approved subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure that supervisors maintain a good cleaning of the site with loads or minimum cost of labor or machinery affecting or coordination with subcontractors to do their part which is associated with their materials and work
- implementation of the ISO system
- to effectively ensure that the reports / documents -to say every day, progress, non-compliance, inventory inventory, maintenance card machines, etc. submitted accordingly and timely
- other missions that are required and may be assigned from time to time for the successful implementation of projects
REQUIREMENTS:
- degree in civil engineering, construction management or another major related building
- has the initiative, be motivated, possess strong momentum for success, responsible and be result oriented
- have good technical skills and judgment in decision making
- Must have the ability to lead a project team for the execution of all site activities
- Must familiar with the design / architectural engineering, good communication skills and team player
- Must familiar with ISO requirements
- Knowing the rectification of defects work would be a condition
- to ensure that all supervisors and site workers exercise their respective functions diligently and effectively
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- to perform the task and the quality objectives and the expected amount by the Company
- to perform the duties of an appropriate and effective manner and to use best efforts to promote and maintain the interest and reputation of the Company
