Senior executive recruitment (internal)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Country-chief and director of human resources to meet the internal labor needs.
• Identify strategies and supply channels, with the diligent performance.
• Engage in supply and resume screening, interview and short-list of candidates with the right fit.
• Ensure the hiring KPI and the interview report.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree holder
• Min 3 years experience in recruitment
• knowledge and experience of different recruitment methods, especially hunting head / executive search.
