JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conceptualize, develop and implement marketing strategies , plans and budget
- Manage the sales gallery, host site visits and assist in all marketing and sales activities in promoting the project
- conduct presentation of sales and liaising with agents and prospects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all clients and managing clients achieve maximum customer satisfaction
- Conclude option purchase, sale and purchase agreement with clients and lawyers and other tasks related to the sale of Directors market research
- conduct and monitor market trends, demand and the offer, including sale price and rental price movements for the commercial market, industrial and residential
- Assist in the preparation of reports required by the collection, analysis and synthesis of information

- Master in marketing / Business administration / Property management
- minimum 5 years experience relevant
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
