Senior Sales Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:
  • maintaining a healthy relationship with existing customers while opening fresh customer
  • Providing sales and administrative support involving efficient handling of top and confidential agreements.
  • Support the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Communicating with the team of regional sales for the status of the order and the sales position
  • Preparing monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis
  • Preparation of proposals , agreements, sales reports, and presentations.
  • Updating the status of the sales order in the database or computer
  • collection, analysis, evaluation and accounting information to increase sales productivity.
  • Ensure effective internal communication within the sales, marketing team, customer support and through society.
  • Monitoring of trends and performance evaluation assessed against monthly sales targets.
  • maintenance and efficient work environment.
  • Promote the organization of facilities to new and existing customers through a proactive approach.
  • coordinate and respond to all requests for internal meetings.
Requirements:.
  • The candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor, graduate degree, professional degree, field
  • required language (s) :. Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • at least 10 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
