Sourcing Engineer to support Procurement Manager in a manufacturing environment .

As a global company, they are dedicated to building relationships with various companies. Based in Puchong, they are looking for a Sourcing Engineer to assist the Procurement Manager.
Your new role
You will be asked to source and direct hardware management Suppliers; which is to manage the entire supply of the product development process PPAP completion. You will need to research and analyze the reports for companies, suppliers and more. You will also be involved in initiatives to ensure that the objectives of cost and quality for materials, supplies, equipment and services are respected. Having knowledge of the industry and the product support knowledge will contribute greatly to the role. Metal stamping knowledge / molding is a requirement.
What you need to succeed
You will need experience in the automotive and come from a mechanical engineering background. You will need to have excellent communication skills, knowledge of economic analysis, experience working with SAP and fluent in English. Experience in product management will contribute greatly to the role.
