key resposibilites:
- Update daily production and dosing compared to the respective departments
- Preparation of the report monthy output for verification and email as plant manager. to the distribution list.
- Prepare the minutes and manage documentation quality records of the ISO 000 and 14000 EMS Management System.
- Prepare the timely submission of all reports to the respective departments such as Sales & Marketing, Finance & Administration and Human Resources ..
- All other duties as assigned by management from time to time
key requirements:
- have at least a degree in any field
- how to use Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word
- basic accounts and bookkeeping knowledge
- Prefer to have a manufacturing business work experience
- Able to work overtime, outstation travel for training or seminars, case needed.
- 1 full-time position available in Nibong Tebal
