JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Manage operations from day to day office.
  • Handle general administrative support or equivelent including filling, reporting, billing, typing, claims staff, monthly payment to EPF, SOCSO, income taxes, stock taking and other missions ad-hoc as and when required.
  • to review and monitor stock.
  • To coordinate incoming calls, emails and email assignments.
  • To monitor the payment and customer perception of delinquent accounts.
  • To enter invoices in MYOB accounting system.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • The candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Human Resource Management, Business Studies / administration / management, secretarial, trade or equivalent
  • required skill (s): .. MS Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be computer
  • in least 1 year (s) of working experience in administrative work.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
  • Fluent in English and Malay, ability to converse in Chinese will be an added advantage.
  • full-time position only
