Guest Service Manager (Based in Forest City Grand Hotel)

JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is for our brand new 5 star hotel in Forest City.
responsibilities :.
  • Assess the degree of customer satisfaction and monitor trends, with a focus of continuous improvement
  • monitor the appearance, standards and performance of members before the Office team focusing on training and teamwork.
  • Ensure regular and VIP customers are recognized and the Guest Service department works with a sales attitude and promotes the loyalty program of the hotel brand.
  • deals with customer complaints and ensures that customers are soothed.
  • Manage staff performance issues in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that the cash advance or check on received are processed correctly by the customer service agents
  • Observe hotel security, fire regulations and all laws health and safety
Requirements: ..
  • the candidate must possess at least a Bachelor or above
  • required language (s) :. Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • at least 5 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • candidates must be willing to work in Gelang Patah.
  • managers preferably specialized in services to customers of the hotel or equivalent.
  • Sharp, detailed, careful, cheerful, pleasant and friendly display.
