JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To execute HR policies Company, planning of the work of work, recruitment and selection, training and development of skills, foreign labor correspondence, review employee performance, employee benefits and compensation
  • treatment contribute payroll and reporting efforts in timely and effective
  • to provide administrative support to the General administration related material
Requirements :.
  • a minimum human resource management degree holder, business studies, administration, management or equivalent
  • 2 years experience "in fast -paced environment, preferably in the manufacturing
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Malay. Language in other languages ​​will be added advantage
  • knowledge in the work of the Malaysia Law & Regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application
  • Self initiative, strong believer the timetable and the deadline
  • enthusiastic, well organized and able to liaise with all levels of people
