Mainstay field Engineer / Lead

  • provide technical assistance and customer service by performing one or more of
    • the request for assistance at the following engineering, programming specifications etc.
    • services about installing the starter field integration, system optimization, and maintenance and the implementation of the guarantee.
  • Coordinate customer products and enterprise systems by performing the following functions

    • 0n-Site Analysis and troubleshooting hardware and software problems at the customer. preparation

    • project coordination between the customer, OEM sales, business unit, etc.
    • support - start field -up, integration and maintenance

  • Provide appropriate reports technical, administrative and accounting requirements.
  • Maintaining good relations with customer
  • Provide technical assistance towards sales and customer personnel on product applications to include alternatives, advice, explanations , surveys, etc., to meet customer requirements. Participate as experts in field of CSM shows or seminars as required.
  • Making recommendations or specific product improvements because they can affect the operation and reliability of RA products or services.
  • Assist in the provision of advanced training for clients or company staff in the implementation, operation, adjustment and proper maintenance of the company's equipment.
  • Provide leadership team members and guide them in solving difficult technical complexities.
  • provide advice to selected FSE on various products to enhance the skills of our ESF.
  • lead in pursuing opportunities solutions sales to generate revenue for all products of the business and technical support services, including but not limited to, applications engineering contracts the renovation contracts, training documentation.
  • Provide feedback on issues of safety and liability with regard to the implementation of the company's products.
  • capacity to respond to short notice to support internal and external customers on technical requirements.
  • provide implementation and consultation on the basis of the solution for more value addition to customers.
  • maintenance of the affected equipment to ensure good operating conditions and calibration.
  • Assisting immediate supervisor assuming some operational details. as required
  • other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent
  • minimum 5 years of support experience in the field using programmable con trailers, digital controls, computers or motor controls and drives of industrial automation control systems.
  • possess good communication skills and the ability to listen.
  • Able to provide effective coaching and mentoring a team of engineers with diverse backgrounds and technical experiences.
  • , independent and able to engage in irregular and long hours customer oriented.
  • able to travel to support customers in Asia South East area as needed.
