Personal Secretary JOB DESCRIPTION

  • The candidate must have at least secondary / STPM / "A" Level / Pre-U top, domain any.
  • required language (s) :. Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • at least 2 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in in Secretarial / Executive and personal assistant or equivalent.
  • Position Full Time (s) available.
We are looking for an assistant manager staff to provide administrative and secretariat personalized support of a well-organized manner and timely. You will work on a one to one basis on a variety of tasks related to working life and communication of business development director.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as point of contact between the director and internal customers / external.
  • Screen calls and direct dial telephone and distribute correspondence
  • process applications and requests appropriately
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments you
  • Make travel and accommodation
  • Take dictation and minutes
  • Source for office supplies
  • Producing reports, presentations, mind mapping and memory
  • Build and maintain filing office on (cloud server) and offline

REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience working as a personal assistant
  • knowledge of office systems and management procedures
  • MS office and command of English
  • organizational and management skills time pending
  • Up-to-date with the latest desktop gadgets and applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • high school degree
  • PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage.
