- Ensure sufficient supply stocks
- maintain the acceptable level of stock for both retail projects.
- Update and maintain parameter in SAP Module DP
- Close URVEILLANCE production order and ship schedule.
- Phase In Phase out Monitoring
- Analyze the quality of forecasts
- Organize S & OP and discuss challenging retail sales on their forecast accuracy and understand the situation of market
- monitor KPIs on active VIB account, obsolete, slow moving and C variant available

- Compiler shipping documents (invoice, B / L, SWB) ready to submit business documents.
- Prepare the declaration of export / shipping

- Checking and submit trade MITI form online (system EPCO)
- monitoring the form submission to EPCO, print and sending approval request to MITI's office for approval

Job Requirement
- The candidate must have at least an upper secondary / STPM / "a" Level / Pre- U, diploma, Advanced / higher / Graduate diploma, degree, Graduate diploma, professional degree, logistics / Transportation, Business studies / administration / management or equivalent.
- at least 3 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in PJ and Shah Alam.
- senior executives preferably specialized in the supply chain / Supply or equivalent.
