  • The candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / "O" Level, diploma, Advanced / higher / Graduate diploma, human resource management, Business studies / administration / management, mass communication, personal services, secretarial or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year (s) of working experience in customer service management.
  • preferably non-managers specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • 2 Full-Time position (s) available.
