Restaurant Manager (Based in Forest City Grand Hotel)


This position is for our brand new 5 star hotel in Forest City.
responsibilities: ..
  • Ensure proper and effective functioning of the restaurant
  • Attend and actively participate in weekly meetings F & B
  • Manage the service of food and drinks in the restaurant and room service and, where appropriate, conferences and catering outside.
  • Ensure the cleaning and maintenance of outlets, workspaces, dishes, utensils and other materials and equipment used by the restaurant and room service.
  • Timetable of meetings of the food and drinks of regular service personnel ensure the correct interpretation of policies and get feedback from members staffs.
  • regular liaison with maintenance requests ensuring maintenance are completed quickly focusing on customer needs as a priority.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly reports restaurant, commenting on key performance indicators and measures to stay the course.
  • Monitoring the quality and quantity of all foods and beverages served articles
  • ownership of questions or tasks and also give updated details of the F & B manager and Director General
Requirements: ..
  • the candidate must possess at least a diploma, Advanced / higher / Graduate diploma, any field
  • required language (s) :. Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • at least 5 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • candidates must be willing to work in Gelang Patah.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Food / Beverage / restaurant or equivalent.
  • service-oriented, passionate, dynamic and individual self-motivation that can deliver exceptional performance.
  • Good leadership with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to train and develop team members. Able to create positive and effective working relationships with clients and team members.
