JOB DESCRIPTION
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR / PRODUCTION (UP $ 2800 / WEST / Semicon)
responsibilities
- Oversee and implement projects and tasks plating process on the basis of the objectives set by management
- Ensure scrap. production performance targets and reducing cycle times are met
- Manage projects to ensure they are carried out according to schedule
- continuously review the performance of materials and products developed to take the necessary measures to improve
- technical report writing and project progress report
- train production team in their knowledge development to implement a new instruction and improve critical procedures.
Requirements:
- Diploma / MSc materials, chemical engineering or similar discipline
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in the relevant industry (Semiconductor / Manufacturing industry)
- knowledge in the plating process
