responsibilities
- Support the daily operations of restaurants and bar (food and beverage)
- to be responsible for customer service table
- Anticipating and responding to the needs of our guests to eat
- to adhere to standard operating and ensure restoration areas procedures comply with the requirements regulatory and public health standards for food handling, sanitation and hygiene.
- for captains to act as team leader for the restaurant ensuring that team members are properly trained and perform according to expectations
- Prepare a variety of food for cooking.
- Collect food from the refrigerator or freezer.
- Wash, peel, and / or cutting food, including fruit, vegetables, or certain types of meat.
- Mix ingredients for salads.
- Portion and wrap foods or dishes.
- Store food in containers and in the refrigerator or freezer.
- weigh or measure ingredients (eg, flour, salt, sugar, oil).
- Re-fill bottles of cooking condiments and shakers.
- Stack of food and supply store, equipment or other utensils in the kitchen and so on
