Administrative Logistics JOB DESCRIPTION

  • project coordination and monitoring of progress of the overall project
  • Sorting and filing
  • Compile databases for any series.
  • responsible for keeping track of stock movements and suitability of stock
  • To ensure proper labeling of stock
  • All other ad hoc project
  • Only Singaporeans may need to apply
  • the candidate must have at least one secondary / pre-U upper / a level / College, Professional Certificate / NITEC, diploma, Advanced / higher / Graduate diploma, logistics / Transportation or equivalent.
  • at least 2 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Executives specializing juniors in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • analysis, logical and meticulous
  • strong sense of urgency
  • highly process driven
  • and able to work in a results-oriented dynamic environment
  • independent and able to work in a team
  • able to communicate effectively with internal and external parties
  • capable to begin working immediately or within a short time
