JOB DESCRIPTION
The Inside Sales Executive is the primary sales contact for their assigned accounts and are responsible for stimulating the growth of billings and some expansion of the number in their assigned account package. We accomplish this by delighting the customer through a fast, accurate and timely, pleading for the customer and supplier collegially and proactive selling.
Job Duties:
- Developing new and emerging account base by cold calling, lead calls, networks and contacts
- Develop and maintain a complete profile and a growth plan for each affected account
- Develop and maintain a constant relationship via telephone with all affected buyers
- Qualifier all customer quotes request
- Manage the quote process to ensure quick and competitive quotes are returned to the customer
- Solicit feedback on all quotes and try to position the future as distributor in place
- followed on orders and shipping products
- Understanding the products (product knowledge)
- lawyer behalf of the customer with product marketing and for asset prices and allocation and elevation of potential problems

Requirements:
- University Education
- Fluent in English, Malay and / or Mandarin. Fluency in other languages of the member countries of ASEAN such as Thai, Vietnamese, Philippine and Indonesian are more
- 1-6 years experience in the sale, purchase or service the client base. call center and telesales experience would be an advantage
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and Outlook)
