JOB DESCRIPTION
Scope of Responsibilities / Expectations
- organizational Responsibility Defines and develops the program's scope, objectives, detailed plans, budgets and measures for large projects and / or parts of complex projects. Develops forecasts and offers answers to gaps and trends with the project.

- Responsible for direct communication with the relevant senior stakeholders. Direct communications and / or negotiations with moderately complex internal or external customers
-. Monitor implementation of the project to ensure that all obligations are met. May pursue changes in the contract, if applicable
-. Responsible for adherence to the plan of programs and budgets for large projects. Recommends remedial actions and implements changes
-. Identifies and mitigates business risks and critical project. Resolution has any essential dependence or question was not issued by the relevant parties. Fully empowered to take necessary measures to keep the program on schedule, scope and quality.
Specific knowledge / skills
- Bachelor of IT / Science / Engineering or equivalent ( minimum).
- minimum 5 years in general management of program management experience or.
- preferred those with experience in MNC development environment product / service / Solutions.
- candidates must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
